My Catalog is the home of every product Pricefy tracks for your store. It’s where you review your products and their competitor prices, check your margins, fine-tune pricing limits, and act on products one by one or in bulk.
Open My Catalog
Click My Catalog in the sidebar. The page header shows your product count and when your catalog was last imported, with Search, Filters, Columns, Min/Max Rules and Import & Export at the top right.
What each column shows
Each row is a product. The table can show:
- Product Name — name, image, SKU and code.
- Competitor URLs — how many competitor links are matched to the product.
- Cheapest Competitor — the lowest competitor price found (add more competitor columns to compare).
- Suggestions — pending competitor matches to review.
- Brand, Cost and Price — taken from your feed.
- Min / Max Price and MAP — the pricing limits you set. A small rule icon marks a price set by a Min/Max rule.
- Shipping and Margin — your shipping cost and your profit after cost and shipping (see Shipping cost and margin).
- Competitor Prices — cheapest, highest and average across competitors.
- Stock, Price Position, Tags and Status (Active / Disabled).
Find products
Use Search (top right) to find a product, or open Filters to build a filter — Simple Filters for quick conditions or the Query Builder for advanced ones — then save it as a set to reuse later. For example, filter Shipping Cost with Is Empty to find the products that still need a shipping cost. See How to create and save custom filters.
Customize the table
Click Columns to switch columns on or off and drag them into the order you want, so the catalog shows exactly the data you care about. Reset Column Preferences brings back the default layout.
Import & Export
Use Import & Export to keep your catalog up to date:
- Import Catalog — opens your Product Feed settings, where your catalog comes from.
- Import Additional Info — update MAP, Min/Max prices, cost, shipping cost and tags from a CSV (see How to import additional info in batch).
- Export — download your catalog as a CSV file.
Act on several products at once
Tick the products (or Select all) to reveal the selection toolbar, with these actions:
- Enable, Disable or Delete the products.
- Create Min/Max rule — a Min/Max rule for the selected products.
- Set Shipping Cost — one shipping cost for all of them.
- Set Price Adjustment — adjust how their competitor prices are read.
- Massive Products Matches Approval — approve competitor matches in bulk.
