Everything you need to get the most out of Pricefy—right at your fingertips.
Switching from CSV to Shopify in Pricefy replaces your previous import in the active catalog view. Pricefy identifies products only by SKU, so your work carries over smoothly only when Shopify imports the same SKUs. If SKUs don’t match (or items aren’t included), products and manual matches from the earlier import won’t automatically appear under the new one.
If you’ve already corrected or confirmed competitor matches in Pricefy, you might worry that rerunning Competitor Discovery will undo your work. Good news: it won’t. Confirmed/manual matches aren’t automatically overwritten — running discovery again simply helps you uncover new suggestions and improve coverage without resetting what you’ve already fixed.
Use Tags to organize your competitors and keep the most important ones easy to find. For now, you can mark competitors as Favourite, which adds a blue star and pins them to the top of your list regardless of sorting. You can also use the Tags filter to view only your Favourite competitors. Custom tags will be available in a future update.
Pricefy’s CSV Catalog Import works like a full catalog refresh—each import is essentially a rebase of your entire catalog, not a partial patch. To update information, upload an updated CSV containing your full, current catalog each time.
ricefy supports only one competitor URL per SKU. If the same competitor lists the product on multiple pages, you’ll need to choose the best canonical product page to track. To monitor multiple competitors, add one URL per competitor (or use separate SKUs for variants/bundles).
