Pricefy can import your whole catalog, or only the products you choose. You decide which products to bring in from the Product Feed settings of your connected store — either by applying your platform’s filters, or by hand-picking individual products.
Where to choose your products
Go to Settings → Product Feed. With a store connected, click the filter icon next to Sync Catalog to open the import filters.
The panel offers two modes — Platform Filters and Products Selection.
Platform Filters — import by tag, brand or category
Platform Filters import every product that matches a rule, using your platform’s own attributes. The exact filters shown depend on your platform:
- Tags Filter — import only products that carry a tag (for example, tag them “Pricefy” in your store).
- Brand Filter — import only products of the brands you pick.
- Category Filter — import only products in the categories you pick.
- Attribute Filter — import only products with the attribute values you choose.
- Price Range Filter — import only products whose price falls between a From and To value.
Each filter has an Incl. / Excl. toggle: leave it on Incl. to import the matching products, or switch to Excl. to import everything except them. Choose your values and click Save.
Products Selection — hand-pick individual products
For full control, switch to Products Selection. Every product in your store is listed, and you mark each one Included or Excluded from the import.
- Search products by name, SKU, or code.
- See each product’s Catalog Status (whether it’s already imported) and Import Status, along with its Brand, Cost, Price and Stock.
- Use Filters and Columns to narrow and arrange the list.
- The counter at the top shows how many products are Included vs Excluded.
Tick the products you want, then click Save.
Run the import
After saving your filters or selection, click Sync Catalog to run a new import with your choices. The Import History below lists every run — its type, when it ran, how many products were imported, and whether it succeeded.
More import options
The settings (gear) icon next to the filter holds extra options for how products are imported:
- Import Price Adjustments — automatically adjust imported prices by a set percentage.
- Import only first variant — import just the first variant of each product to reduce duplicates.
- Product Code Field — map a platform field to Pricefy’s Code field.
Good to know
- On the Free plan, up to 50 products are imported. Choosing your products doesn’t raise that limit — it lets you control which products come in, so the ones that matter most are included. Paid plans import more.
- Re-running the import can take a little longer while Pricefy scans your full catalog to apply your choices.
