How It Works

Instead of Pricefy accessing the competitor website directly from its cloud infrastructure, the extension can open and process competitor pages from your local browser session. Once the product page is loaded, the relevant pricing data can be sent back to Pricefy for monitoring, matching, and reporting.
Step-by-Step Setup
1. Install the Pricefy Chrome Extension
Install the Pricefy Chrome Extension on the computer you want to use for competitor monitoring.
For best results, use a computer and internet connection from the same country or region where you want to monitor competitor prices.
2. Log In to Your Pricefy Account
Open Pricefy and log in to your account.
Browse the API Key section and generate your API Key.
Assign all permissions to the Chrome App.
3. Set your API key inside the Chrome Extension
Open your Pricefy Chrome Extension and paste the API key you generated before
4. Activate your competitors
The Pricefy extension is now ready to start scraping your competitor.
Remember, do not activate all of them or you will deplease useful resources and bandwith of your computer, focus on those 2-3 that really need help.
5. Start the process
Now that your competitors has been selected, you can start the procress by clicking Start Now
6. Done
Now your competitors will be analized directly from your computer and the results sent to Pricefy.
