How to connect your Wix store to Pricefy

Connect your Wix store to Pricefy with the Pricefy app for Wix: Pricefy imports your products and, when you use repricing, updates their prices on Wix. There is no store address or key to type: you pick your site on Wix and approve the app.

You can start from Pricefy or from the Wix App Market: both take a couple of minutes.

Before you start

  • A Wix site with Wix Stores, and you as its owner (or a collaborator who can install apps).
  • Products with a SKU: Pricefy matches your products by SKU, so a product without one is not imported. Add the SKU on Wix and the product comes in with the next import.

Option 1: connect from Pricefy

1) In Pricefy, go to Settings › Product Feed and choose Wix.

2) Click Connect. Wix opens the install page of the Pricefy app.

3) Choose the site to connect and approve the permissions Pricefy asks for.

4) Wix brings you back to Pricefy, and the import of your catalog starts. A large catalog can take a while: you can keep using Pricefy in the meantime.

Option 2: connect from the Wix App Market

1) In the Wix App Market, find Pricefy, click Add to Site, choose your site and approve the permissions.

2) Open Pricefy from your site’s dashboard: go to Apps › Manage Apps, find Pricefy and click Go to Dashboard. Pricefy opens in a new browser tab.

3) If your Wix email is new to Pricefy, your Pricefy account is created at once and its login details reach you by email. If you already have a Pricefy account, Pricefy asks you to log in to it: the site is then connected to that account.

Next time, open Pricefy the same way from your Wix dashboard and you are logged in to your account straight away.

What Pricefy imports and updates

  • Your products with their variants, SKUs, barcodes, prices and sale prices, stock, categories and images.
  • When you use repricing, the new prices are written to your Wix store.

On some Wix sites a discount applies to the whole product, with all its variants. While such a product has a discount, Pricefy cannot change the price of one of its variants, since the discount would apply to it too: remove the discount on Wix to let Pricefy reprice its variants.

Your plan is billed by Wix

Apps on the Wix App Market are paid through Wix, so your Pricefy plan is billed and invoiced by Wix, not by Pricefy.

  • Choose or upgrade your plan in Pricefy, on the Pricing page, or from Wix (Manage Apps › Pricefy › Upgrade): the payment is made on Wix’s checkout, and Pricefy activates the plan as soon as you are back.
  • Invoices are in your Wix account, under Billing & Subscriptions › Payment History.
  • Moving to a lower plan, or from yearly to monthly billing: Wix does not allow it directly. Turn off the auto-renewal of Pricefy in your Wix account, under Billing & Subscriptions › Premium Subscriptions (More Actions next to Pricefy › Cancel App › Cancel auto renew). Your current plan stays active until its end date: then choose the new plan in Pricefy.
  • Cancelling works the same way: turn off the auto-renewal on Wix. Pricefy follows the change by itself.
  • Add-ons for Wix sites are arranged by our team: contact our support from Pricefy and tell us which one you need.

Disconnect your store

Remove the Pricefy app from your site (Apps › Manage Apps › Pricefy › Remove): Pricefy disconnects the store by itself. If you are on a paid plan, Wix asks you to turn off its auto-renewal first.
